Is there any support included?

All plan comes with a 30 Days extensive support on the custom template. Only the Professional Plan comes with 60 days extensive support. If you need any help, I’m always here for you. So don’t worry. After the expiration of free support if you still need any minor support I will help you for free, but if it is not a minor support, you might have to pay a few for that.

What about the future updates on these templates?

If you face any problem with the latest version of FusionInvoice, feel free to initiate a support ticket and I will update your custom template code fore free of cost. But please not, if it is a major update of FusionInvoice like v2 to v3 and the template needs to be re-coded from the scratch to fit that respective major version, at that scenario the template code up-gradation might charge a few, around 35% of initial development cost. But again, this is completely depend up whether or not the new major version of FusionInvoice needs a re-coding of the templates.

Will you install the custom templates for me?

Though installing custom templates in fusioninvoice is pretty easy, but if you are not much familiar with FTP and similar things, I will install your custom template into your fusioninvoice installation for free of cost.

How much time do you need to build these templates?

As this is a custom project, the time variable completely depends upon the project requirements and complexity. But in most cases it would not take more than 2 weeks. This is the maximum time, mostly all projects gets completed within within a week. As client satisfaction is the most important thing to me, that’s why, I always try my best to complete each project in a pixel perfect manner.

Will I have copyright on my custom designed template?

No, in general. But if you do need copyright to your template design, for that you have to pay $150 extra so that this design never gets reused on any other project. For most individual and companies this is not needed, but you are really concerned about your copyright then you have to pay the copyright fee.

What payment gateways do you accept?

I mostly accept PayPal for my payments, but if you have any issue paying through PayPal, you can always initiate a pre-sales ticket where I can manually provide you the payment think through other payment gateways (like 2Checkout) and you can complete your payment there.
