- And many more…
Major cons of Nexus 6
- A beasty size with almost 6 inches display
- Almost the same size as iPhone 6 Plus (having much better specs than iPhone)

- Nexus 6 is not water and dust resistance
The Nexus 6 Conclusion
Tough there are not much cons about the Google new flagship phone beside that it’s huge in size and trust me may be it looks like a small issue, but it is not in the real life. In the real life every day we have to run to difference places, have to do different things and in our daily busy life if you have to give your both hand to your phone every time you would like to do something with it, that might become very much disturbing after using it for couple of months as a daily driver.
But if you are a geek or a developer then you are always welcome to purchase the new phones because I hope you are not going to use this device as your daily driver and will be used for testing your apps, products or may be for review purpose mainly.
Nexus 6 is a great device on the desk, but not so great in your pocket. Beside if you are a normal user and thinking about purchasing Nexus 6 just to have the stock Android experience with Lollipop, I will suggest you to go with Nexus 5 or HTC One M8 (Google Play Edition) and you will get the same nexus like experience with it. Nexus 5 and HTC One M8 (Google Play Edition) are both very good phone and specially their size is best for one hand use. Tough these phones might sound a little old to you in today’s spec chart race, but trust me they are not. The specs that have in these phone is capable of running anything you want along with the buttery smooth experience. If you are looking for something newly released I will suggest LG G3. Its 5.5 inches QHD display can also be used by one hand.
So if you don’t have big hands to operate a 6 inches phone using one hand, I will not suggest Nexus 6 as a daily driver for general people.
What about Nexus 9?
Well Nexus 9 is a great tablet device and also crafted by HTC, the maker of the One M8. Nexus 9 release was necessary release for many people. The last tablets which are released in Nexus family are Nexus 10 and Nexus 7, tough previous this year Google has modified a little bit of the Nexus 7s they rolled out. Nexus 9 with a 9 inches screen with a beautiful design is a must have tablet for those who can afford it. The specialty about 9 inches tables are neither they looks small in terms of tablet nor do they look big. Beside HTC has done a beautiful job for designing Nexus 9. HTC has given all their experience and knowledge they have learn from One M8. HTC One M8 was the post popular phone of 2013 with the maximum customer satisfaction and stunning aluminium uni-body looks. Tough if you look at the back side of nexus 9, the camera placement is almost same as we have seen in iPads. Beside if you are thinking about what are the pros and cons of having a Nexus 9, here is the short list for you.
Pros of Nexus 9
- Great design by HTC
- Front facing speaker like One M8
- 9 inches Full HD screen
- Loaded up with Android Lollipop
- 6700 mAh battery
Cons of Nexus 9
- Don’t have a QHD 2K display still using 1080p Full HD
- Uses a dual code CPU instead Quad Core or Octa Core
- Just have a 8MP camera with no Optical Image Stabilization
The cons of Nexus 9 is almost negligible if you are purchasing a tablet for use it as a tablet rather than using it as a camera. Beside all this Google has also started rolling out Keyboard Folio accessory life Microsoft Surface for Nexus 9, so that when you are working with your tablet sitting on a desk, you don’t have to use the screen keyboard. A real nice touch of ergonomics by Google.
